This handmade washi paper has a gradation effect created by spraying dye onto it. By spraying the dye onto the washi paper when it is still semi-dry, the dye can penetrate more easily.

Japanese handmade washi is a traditional Japanese craft that is made using highly skilled techniques, by pouring the paper raw materials onto a table called a bamboo blind, and then making the paper evenly and evenly while removing water. However, due to changes in the environment, raw materials for blinds and other utensils have decreased, and the number of craftsmen is aging, making it a real shame that production is decreasing year by year.
