Description
The Swiss lighting company Baltensweiler is a real family business that has been producing high-quality lamps since 1951. The production of the lamps is a success. The famous architect and designer Le Corbusier used the type 600 lamp by Rico and Rosemary Beltensweiler and in 1959 they were allowed to produce a series of lamps for the well-known manufacturer Knoll International. Despite its success, Baltensweiler remains a family business with relatively small production. In the early 1970s, they developed a new series of lamps that makes a real revolution in the lamp market.
