The Colonial chair was designed by the renowned Danish designer Ole Vanscher in 1949 and is considered a modern classic. The chair has a simple and refined expression. It is thin and delicate, but stable and comfortable. Unique in its slim arm-rest that rise up elegantly and descend sharply to the floor. Ideal in rooms where you want to create an airy and light feeling, along with maximum comfort. There is also a matching footstool. At a later stage Wanscher also designed a sofa and a coffee table, as part of the Colonial series.
