The 'Oculus' was designed by Hans Wagner in 1960, though was put into production only in 2010. 'Oculus' in Latin is 'eye', a nickname that came from the shape of the eye created in the back of the armchair. The round, large and enveloping backrest of the armchair together with the pampering rests stand as a contrast to the thin and delicate iron legs - for an impressive and one-off design.
