Arne Jacobsen
Danish architect and designer from Copenhagen. Best known for his iconic chair designs, most of which were made as part of architectural projects. Jacobsen studied at the School of Architecture of the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and was greatly influenced by the architects Le Corbusier, Mies van der Rohe, Walter Gropius and the designer couple Ames.
